By accessing and using BatesFast (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
BatesFast provides a browser-based application for applying Bates numbers to digital files (PDFs, images). All processing happens client-side. We do not upload, store, or have access to your processed documents.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
We use a secure payment processor to handle orders. We do not store your full credit card details. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you process using BatesFast. Since the application runs entirely locally in your browser, it is your responsibility to download and backup your processed files.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BatesFast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BatesFast or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the BatesFast service.
