BatesFast is unique because it is a 100% browser-based application. This means:

• We do not upload your documents to our servers. All Bates numbering, stamping, and processing occurs entirely within your local device's memory.
• We do not have access to your files. We cannot see, read, store, or share any documents you process using our tool.
• Once you close the browser tab, all processed data is completely erased from memory.

2. Data We Collect

While we do not see your documents, we do collect some standard operational data:

• Account Information: If you sign up or purchase a subscription, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details via Google Authentication or Firebase.
• Analytics: We use basic analytics tools (like Google Analytics and Clarity) to understand how visitors interact with our marketing pages and app interfaces. This includes page views, browser type, and interaction events.
• Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by our designated payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
